Los Moriscos, 8 kms. from Motril center is mainly flat, adorned with palm trees, sugar cane and the abundance of the exotic semi-tropical fruit plantations.

The new 18 hole layout built under the direction of Manuel Piñero is now fully open.
Los Moriscos Golf is ideally situated to be considered a family golfing center.The club house, bar and restaurant are set right on the beach at Granada Costa on the Costa Tropical.
A friendly atmosphere exists and children of all ages are made welcome.
In October 2007 the course was re launched with 18 holes replacing the 9 hole course which had existed for many years.
The bar has a splendid terrace on the edge of Motril Beach serving all kinds of drinks from coffee to alcaholic beverages and a selection of very tasty sandwiches.
The restaurant at Los Moriscos golf is to a very high standard but reasonably priced. It is open to the general public and available for private parties. Weddings are a speciality.
The club, under the management of D. Juan Miguel Avila Rojas and the technical advise of Javier Garralon, offers buggies, carts and clubs to hire.
There is also a practice driving range and putting green.
