Sit on a still summers evening on your terrace and enjoy a cool beer or glass of wine with views out to the Mediterranean Sea. If you feel more energetic then a brisk walk along the flat promenade may be just the thing.
The well cared for municipal swimming pool is next to the apartment building and opens throughout the summer months. Cost of entry is nominal.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with built in wardrobes and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The lounge / dining area is newly furnished whilst the separate modern kitchen is complete with ceramic 4 burner hob, electric oven and washing machine.
The apartment building is at the western end of Torrenueva beach close to shops restaurants and bars so a car whilst convenient, is not at all necessary. The public transport is first class to Motril, Almería and Granada as well as the coastal towns of Castel de Ferro to the east and Salobreña to the west.
Parking is on the street outside of the building or around the corner in the Town Hall car park..
Granada is only 30 minutes or so and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada 1 hour and ten minutes. Motril Golf is 5 minutes by car. The coast of the Costa Tropical is lined with good family beaches and wonderful coastal walks making the area an all year round destination.
