The terrace of this apartment is the most unforgettable feature - the views cover 270 degrees. The terrace wraps around the apartment on two sides with views directly to the well preserved Moorish Castle of Salobreña to the Southeast. To the North the views are to the often snow capped mountains of Sierra Nevada. To the Southwest the views are to the Mediterranean sea which is only ten minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment has three Spacious bedrooms, the master double being en-suite with direct terrace access. The other bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom,the second bedroom also has direct access to the terrace and there is lots of good storage space in the fitted wardrobes.

The lounge is directly off the large kitchen dining area and then opens via sliding windows onto the massive furnished terrace which has sun awning & barbecue. There is also TV, DVD and CD/MP3 player.

The stylish modern kitchen is complete, right down to the microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine and every utensil needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment building is in a quiet situation in Salobrena, only 5 minutes walk from the center of the old white village where you will find a full range of shops, including first class supermarkets. Salobrena is also well supplied with good restaurants and bars catering for every taste and pocket.

A car is not essential but would be an asset to visit the many interesting areas close by and the apartment has the benefit of a secure underground parking facility.

Public transport is first class in Salobreña with bus services to all of the local towns and villages as well as connections to Granada where there is transport to all parts of Spain.

Granada is only 30 minutes or so and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada 1 hour and ten minutes. Motril Golf is 5 minutes by car. The coast of the Costa Tropical is lined with good family beaches and wonderful coastal walks making the area an all year round destination.
