On the grond floor there are 3 double bedrooms, the master having a large en suite bathroom. In addition there is a spacious family bathroom.
The first floor has a large family lounge area with T.V.and Hi Fi. The lounge in turn opens onto the partially covered terrace and swimming pool area - an excellent spot for sunbathing and for dining "al fresco". The views from this terrace are out to the Mediterranean Sea.
Off the lounge is the separate kitchen, beautifully furnished with the latest design italian units and all the conveniences you would expect from a villa of this high quality.
The local fishing village of La Caleta is a short walk where there are local shops including a bakery plus a few restaurants and bars. La Caleta oozes charm and is a popular snorkelling location.
There is a sports area just a few minutes from the villa which has a swimming pool and a childrens pool, tennis courts and a five-a-side football field.
Use of the the sports centre is included in the rental price of the villa and the centre is exclusively for the use of residents in our community.
Monte Almendros is conveniently located for all kinds of holiday activity including touring the Alpujarra region and the fabulous city of Granada. Motril Golf course is only 5 minutes, horse riding next to the Hotel Salobreña and there are beaches in every direction - we guarantee that you, like us, will love Salobreña.
