If your holiday is to be memorable and you have a taste for the better things in life - then this beautiful single storey Villa is for you.
Only five minutes from the old, white Andalusian pueblo of Salobreña and the beaches of the area. The Villa has it's own "very private" swimming pool and is surrounded by lush Tropical Gardens. There are 3 bedrooms - two of which are doubles (1en suite) and a twin. There is one further family bathroom, a splendid new kitchen and large lounge opening to the conservatory which in turn, has panoramic views to the Mediterranean sea and the Village of Salobreña. The property is South facing, therefore has sun throughout the day both summer and winter.
The Costa Tropical is famous for its year round climate and there are just so many things to do and places to visit. We are only 90 minutes from theSierra Nevada Ski Resortand little more than 30 minutes from the wonderful historical city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace.
For the golfing enthusiast, Los Moriscos Golfat Motril beach is a friendly club which welcomes all comers and is very inexpensive to play. Both the first tee and "nineteenth" holes are right on the beach,
The beach is wonderful for children and occasionally for a little light surfing.There are many beaches and little coves along the coast so a car is recommended. All of the coves have open air restaurants and bars.
Shopping is easy with lots of good supermarkets, shops and fresh food markets in the village and the nearby towns of Motril and Almuñecar.
We are also well served by local restaurants and eateries to suit every taste and pocket
