The beautiful 3 bedroom house is on three levels with bedrooms and bathrooms on the entrance level, then a flight of marble stairs opening to an enormous living area comprising a lounge / kitchen and separate dining room.
From the dining room there are panoramic views across the roofs of the old village to the sugar cane fields, beach and the Mediterranean sea. On the top floor is the large roof terrace, the perfect place to relax with a long drink.
The entire house is furnished and fitted to a high standard.
The beach is ten minutes stroll and the centre of Salobreña a short walk, here you will find a full array of shops including a selection of supermarkets. Salobreña is also well supplied with good restaurants and bars catering for every taste and pocket.
A car is not essential but would be an asset to visit the many interesting areas close by. Granada is only 30 minutes or so and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada 1 hour and ten minutes.
The coast of the Costa Tropical is lined with good family beaches and wonderful coastal walks making the area an all year round destination.
