The entrance to the property is at street level through private gates. Once inside, from the entrance hall, you are in a spacious lounge with large windows that open onto the terrace.
There are three bedrooms and a very modern kitchen and dining area. The whole property is well furnished to a very comfortable standard.
The terrace is large, with wide open views that "can only" be experienced.
To the left, the snow capped Sierra Nevadas, To the right the beach of Salobreña, below and ahead the white village and the sugar cane fields of the Guadalfeo Delta nature reserve.

There are so many things to see that a car is advisable but not at all necessary. The bus service is first class in all directions. Restaurants are plentiful and cheap. Shopping is easy from the local shops or the larger supermarkets. and there is a local village market twice a week.
