The lounge in turn opens directly to the spacious terrace which overlooks the exotic tropical gardens and Laguna style swimming pool. The apartment has central climate control - both hot air and cold.

In the kitchen you will be delighted with the latest appliances. There is a dish washer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and water cooler as well as an enormous fridge freezer. The work surfaces are solid granite and the cooker hood extracts to the outside.

Uniquely for this part of Spain the entire development enjoys mains gas which we use for the supply of hot water.

Other unique features include the central vacume cleaning system - just plug your hose into the wall socket and hoover away. There is also a TV intercom from which you will be able to check out visitors before remotely opening the outside doors - there is a lift service to all floors.

Restaurants are plentiful in this part of Spain and in general offer local produce. As Motril is an important fishing port there are many good fish and seafood restaurants. The area is also one of the main suppliers of fruit and vegetables to the UK supermarkets.
