The location of this property is in Cúllar Vega which is a village about ten minutes drive from the main shopping district of Granada City but very much in the countryside. It is a desirable area in which to live with many of Granada's better off families living here. House prices vary from about 200,000 Euros up to and above 500,000 Euros.
The "Newly International" Granada Airport is 10 minutes from the house in the Santa Fe district. Flights are now available with Ryan air and Monarch to/from Gatwick, Stansted and Liverpool - more routes are promised soon.
There are schools and colleges close by and Guadaria (Nursery school) just 5 minutes walk from the house. There are a number of children's swing parks close by.
Also 5 minutes walk from the house is a small local supermarket, two very nice and friendly bars with restaurant.
Within ten minutes drive are all the facilities one could imagine including a splendid riding school, golf, football,
