From the apartment, Granada is little over 30 minutes drive and the Ski Resort of Sierra Nevada 90 minutes. There is usually sufficient snow at the Resort to ski from November to April - even for the faint hearted it's a fun trip. The Ski village has a wide range of interesting shops and not to expensive eateries.
