There are ten fabulous golf courses within twenty minutes drive, and everything close to hand for the children.
The apartment is well furnished and has been built to the highest specification.
The floors and bathrooms are Italian marble while the kitchen has every convenience right down to the washing machine and dish washer - not that we think you will have time for such playthings !!
There are two bedrooms, 1 twin and the Master Double which is en suite. Both have fitted wardrobes.
The en suite and the second bathroom each have bath and shower.
The building has a private underground garage which is a blessing in the summer time when finding a place to park on the street in Puerto Banus can be very difficult. The property has 24 hour security.
The terrace is well furnished and there is also a good supply of sunbeds in the swimming pool gardens. The Gardens have good shaded areas to hide from the sun when you need a break.
It is only thirty minutes or so from the airport to the apartment and the owners will be pleased to assist with advice on car hire if this is required.
