From the terrace area there are views over the well cared for gardens to the Mediterranean Sea. The swimming pool and children's pool are set on the edge of the beach - there is also a good quality restaurant and bar - this is open from May until September. At other times the nearest restaurant is 3 minutes walk.
The 4 star Hotel Guadalmina Golf is a couple of minutes walk across the gardens. The hotel has excellent facilities which are available to all, including a beach side restaurant, bar, Spa, massage and whirlpool.
In Guadalmina and San Pedro there is a wide selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste.. We are Only ten minutes from Puerto Banus and the many Golf Courses that have made this area so popular with golfers from all over the world. The 11th hole on the Guadalmina course is just a couple of minutes from the apartment. Players starting at the Hotel Guadalmina tee off on the 11th.
Shopping is easy with excellent supermarkets and general shops close by, the apartment has very secure car parking with the benefit of 24 hour security.
