Shopping area with banks and taxi rank are easily reached with all you are likely to need. A car would however be a great asset as there are just so many places to visit nearby.
The golden sandy beaches and sand dunes of Elviria will delight the children.
Just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and Puerto Banus you will be in the heart of the golfing country, with many famous golf courses right on your doorstep. These include Cabopino, Rio Real, Santa Clara and of course the fabulous Santa Maria golf club which is only a couple of minutes on foot from the apartment - you will be spoiled for choice.
Non member golfers are made very welcome at Santa Maria where all equipment including clubs and buggies can be hired. There is a splendid club house and bar. The Diego Morito Golf School which has one of the best reputations on the coast.is here.
Marbella, only 5 minutes away has some of the smartest shopping in the "old town area". The Orange Square leads to a labyrinth of charming narrow streets filled with delightful and tempting boutiques. Good quality restaurants are also plentiful offering a choice to suit every occasion and pocket.
A "must do" while in the area, just sit at one of the harbour side cafes at Puerto Banus and watch the world go by. You may even be tempted to come back for dinner in one of the many fine, romantic restaurants here.
Many of Southern Spain's tourist attractions can be easily reached for day excursions. Granada and the Alhambra, Gibraltar, Ardales Country Park and so much more.
