In la Reserva de Marbella with commanding views, our two bedroom apartment is perfect for family holidays or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
There are two very well equipped bedrooms, 1 twin and the master double which is en suite. The double opens via patio doors directly onto the balcony and from here there are views over the swimming pool and then down to the Mediterranean Sea.
There is also a second family bathroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The Kitchen is large, modern and completely equipped. with Fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, ceramic hobs plus all the odds and ends needed to make your stay comfortable.
The lounge, opening onto a spacious terrace area is furnished to the highest standard - as would be expected in a property of this quality. The terrace is also well furnished providing the basis for a seamless indoor/outdoor life style.
"La Reserva" is very peaceful and shops are plentiful just three minutes away by car. A car is essential however, if you are to take full advantage of the many attractions in the area. A secure underground parking space is included with the apartment.
We are only a few minutes by car from the sandy beach at Las Chapas and just a short drive from the heart of Marbella and the excitement of Puerto Banus.
"La Reserva" is in the heart of golfing country with more than twenty top international standard courses within 20 minutes drive - the closest are less than 5 minutes from the apartment. Golf clubs close by include; Rio Real, Cabopino Golf, Santa Clara, Marbella Golf and Country club & Santa Maria. All clubs welcome visiting golfers and equipment can be hired from the Pro Shop.
Children love the two large swimming pools and the gardens are spacious, Reserva de Marbella, Las Chapas is only 25 minutes from Malaga Airport via the Autovia.
