Perfectly located just a short walk from local amenities, a sandy beach and the yachting marina at Caleta de Velez.
Baviera Golf Course (18 holes) is a short 5 minute drive away. The golf course is open to all comers and equipment can be hired - the club has a charming little restaurant.
The house is extremely well furnished and equipped. It has a living room with sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs, a corner fireplace, fan, TV and DVD audio equipment. Two patio doors then lead onto a well furnished private terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom.
The modern and fully fitted kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer plus electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The cooker hood and fan extract directly to the outside.
On the first floor are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower plus a monster bed with fitted wardrobes and a balcony with sea views.
Bedroom two has two single beds and fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom is furnished with a children's suite and TV, but the beds are large enough for all but the tallest adults. There is also a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower.
The top floor has one double bedroom with double bed and an additional guest toilet. A door leads then to a roof terrace with views to the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a further guest toilet in the attiic.
All the bedrooms have a fan supplied as does the lounge.
There is a communal swimming pool and underground garage parking for two cars with direct access into the house.
La Caleta de Velez is a small, charming and very Spanish resort with a number of cafes, bars and restaurants serving good local food (especially fish and seafood) - all within a short distance.
In the Local area are many varied places of interest. There is mountain walking bustling shopping and market towns and every type of water sport close by. Torre del Mar is only 15 minutes walk along the promenade and here you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops and nightspots. Ever popular Nerja and Torrox are around 15 minutes drive.
Caleta de Velez is an ideal base from which to visit the most popular sights of Andalucia. Granada and the Alhambra Palace are just over an hour away by car, with the Sierra Nevada ski resort a short drive from Granada city centre.
Malaga, with its culture, beaches and great shopping facilities, is around 30 min's drive (bus service available from Caleta to Malaga city centre).
