Perched on a ridge above La Cala Golf resort on the Costa del Sol, our apartment has stunning views both to the front and the rear. The apartment is in a low rise luxury development with manicured tropical gardens.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom being en suite with under floor heating in its' bathroom. The second, family bathroom has a large walk in shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have direct access to a terrace. The large terrace is accessed from both the master bedroom and the lounge, from here there are fabulous views over the golf course, the valley and out to the Mediterranean Sea. The entire apartment is luxuriously furnished to the highest standard.

In the gardens the swimming pool is large and there is also a children's pool completing the family

environment. This is a

holiday base for all ages to enjoy, whilst we have really fine golf courses on the doorstep, there is something for everyone in this area. From horse riding and tennis to scuba and horse racing - it's all right here at La Cala de Mijas.

The property is entered via electronic gates to an underground car park where we have a dedicated car space as well as a very useful storage room in which to leave golf clubs, wind surfers etc. Then there is a lift which will then take you to the apartment front door.

Shopping is easy and the old fishing village offers a good variety of eateries. The restaurant choice includes Indian, Chinese, Thai, English and of course an abundance of Spanish bars and restaurants plus many charming beach chiringuitos.

Places to visit include: Granada, Marbella, Fuengirola, Malaga, Benalmadena, Mijas, Mijas Hippodrome, Seville, Torremolinos, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Sierra Nevada, Tivoli World and the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol.
