In Torremuelle on the eastern edge of Fuengirola and only 200 metres from some excellent beaches, our villa is furnished for full time living.
There are 3 large bedrooms, 1 twin and two doubles, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge/dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen.
The villa has parking to the front with direct access into the hallway and then into the lounge. There is Satellite TV a stereo system and corner brick fireplace with glass fronted wood burning stove. Just right after a brisk walk along the promenade on a winters evening. There is also an underground garage.
The stairs to the upper level are from the lounge - an attractive iron frame staircase which opens to the landing and the three spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. The master bedroom is en suite and there is one further family bathroom.
The villa has a private enclosed garden which is accessed across the patio off the lounge. The garden is child friendly and very safe. It is laid mainly to lawn making it an excellent play space.
The swimming pool is in a delightful setting and is shared with the other eight villas in the row.
A convenient walkway leads from the side of the villa by our garage to the beaches about 200 metres from the villa. The beaches vary from little coves to long golden sand in the immediate area with a good selection of bars and family style restaurants.
Within walking distance is the new "Holiday World" development - recently featured on the BBC Holiday Programme. This has all kinds of water sport and other entertainment for the whole family.
Also close by is Benalmadena and Tivoli World (5 min's) Torrequebrada Casino, numerous golf courses, Fuengirola and lots of local markets. A car would certainly be useful but is not at all essential because public transport is excellent. A bus service runs along the coast in both directions from a bus stop just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the villa.
Places to visit include: Granada, Marbella, Fuengirola, Malaga, Benalmadena, Mijas, Mijas Hippodrome, Seville, Torremolinos, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Sierra Nevada, Tivoli World and the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol.
