The location is excellent - only a few minutes to Fuengirola center and beaches, then equally to the old village of Mijas.
Mijas maintains its Spanish charm and has a host of street restaurants and bars where you will be able to sit with the locals and enjoy a long, cool sangria. To wander the back streets of the old pueblo is fascinating.
You're are in the heart of the Costa del Sol here and all the attractions of the area are within easy reach, Tivoli World, Sea Life, the beaches of Fuengirola, Mijas Golf, Horse racing at the Hippodrome, The Bull Ring, - the list is endless and all can be easily accessed with or without a car. The bus service from the villa is first class.
If walking in the hills is your choice, you will find miles of well trodden but tranquil footpaths only a few minutes away from the villa.
Places to visit include: Granada, Marbella, Fuengirola, Malaga, Benalmadena, Mijas, Mijas Hippodrome, Seville, Torremolinos, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Sierra Nevada, Tivoli World and the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol.
