Perfectly located, close to the port of Fuengirola and offering every possible amenity on your doorstep, this is the ideal holiday home. A well designed apartment with a large terrace facing the garden area and sea views across the port.
The terrace has "glass curtains" which slide fully open - this means the terrace can be either fully open for sun bathing or fully enclosed to create a beautiful dining area.
Situated in one of the most sought after buildings in Fuengirola there is air conditioning and central heating. A cleaning service is also available if required at an extra cost. The apartment has recently been refurnished by the top design house in Fuengirola and as can be seen from the photographs - is a rather special place.
Fuengirola is Only 20 minutes or so from the International airport at Malaga and there are various means of transport. There is a direct train service from the airport to Fuengirola as well as a plentiful supply of taxis and a good bus service. Las Palmeras is situated on the waterfront directly opposite the Fuengirola Yachting Marina entrance.
As the accommodation is so well located there is no need for car hire unless you plan to go touring in the area.
Fuengirola Promenade is 5 Km. long and perfectly flat, ideal for an after dinner stroll or to just sit and watch the world go by
