A car is not at all necessary as the shops and all kinds of facilities, including the beach, are only a few minutes walk. In addition the bus service in this area is first class. Shopping is easy with good supermarkets only 5 minutes walk and other shops & restaurants within 5 to ten minutes.

In the middle of the "Costa del Golf", this is a perfect location to take advantage of the many fine courses in the area, some within walking distance, including the charming "La Siesta" 9 hole course for a less energetic round.

The apartment has fans and also heating for the winter months.
