In a peaceful corner of Calahonda, South facing with afternoon sun on the patio and cool summer breezes. Tranquil yet still close to the area's night life and restaurants. Our villa is perfect as a family holiday base or for long winter breaks.
The villa has an excellent location with delightful views to the sea and mountains from the 3 terrace areas. The patio is at ground level and looks out over the manicured gardens and barbecue area.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, 1 double and a twin, a spacious lounge diner plus modern kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the pots and pans etc., you are ever likely to need.
One of the special features, is the "very private" roof
terrace which is just perfect for that 100% sun tan.
There are two beautifully kept swimming pool areas for the exclusive use of our small community, they are set in tropical gardens with lots of grassed area for sunbathing.
The Costa del Sol is famous for its miles of wonderful coast and beaches but there are also some of the most exciting and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Marbella which is only 10 minutes away has some of the smartest shopping in the "old town area". The Orange Square leads to a labyrinth of charming narrow streets filled with boutiques and delightful street cafes. Only minutes away you will find tennis, lawn bowls and every kind of water sport plus of course - golf - in every direction.
The area is fun for the whole family, a wonderful night out for all is horse racing at the new Hippodrome just ten minutes along the road in La Cala de Mijas. Whatever you choose during your stay you can be sure your visit to Calahonda will be memorable.
